Centering on the multipurpose reservoir at Lake Kamafusa, the four areas are under development: "Culture and Water zone", Exercise and Lawn zone,"Relaxation and Forest zone" and "Lake and Lakeside zone. "As of 1999", 76.2 hectares of "Culture and Water zone" has been completed and opened to the public.
