    This is located at the center of Miyako Island, and is said the best view out of the Four Major Scenes of Matsushima (Otakamori, Tomiyama, Oogitani, and Tamonzan). You can see as far as Mt. Kinkasan and Mt. Kurikoma, but the golden scenery of Matsushima bay during sunset is especially beautiful and attracts many photographers.
